Frequently asked questions
Top FAQs
How do I book a walking tour?
Browse our tours, pick a date and group size, then complete the booking form. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including your meeting point and guide contact information.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Our tours accommodate up to 12 guests. If your group is larger than 12, get in touch and we will arrange a private walk tailored to your schedule.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just bring your phone with the confirmation email. Your guide will have a guest list and will check you in by name at the meeting point.
What happens if I am late to the meeting point?
Your confirmation email includes the guide's phone number. If you are running late, call or message them directly. Guides will wait a few minutes, but we cannot guarantee the group will delay beyond that.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Most of our tours are family-friendly, but some involve longer distances or evening content. Check the tour page for the activity level and age recommendations before booking.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable walking shoes are a must. We recommend a water bottle and weather-appropriate layers. Each tour page lists the expected distance and any specific gear suggestions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. You can cancel directly from your confirmation email.
Can I change my tour date?
Yes. Cancel your existing booking (free if more than 24 hours out) and rebook for a different date. If you need help, contact us and we will sort it out.
What if the tour is cancelled due to weather?
Our tours run rain or shine. In rare cases of extreme weather, your guide will contact you directly to reschedule or offer a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.
Is tipping the guide expected?
Tipping is never required but always appreciated. If your guide made the experience special, a tip is a great way to show it. Cash at the end of the tour is the simplest option.
Are your tours wheelchair accessible?
Accessibility varies by route and city. Each tour page includes terrain details and an activity level rating. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact us before booking and we will help find the right tour.
Can I bring my dog?
This depends on the guide and route. Some outdoor-focused tours welcome well-behaved dogs. Check the tour page or contact us to confirm.
